Dickson Minto WS has formed a strategic alliance with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP which enhances the ability of each firm to provide their clients with high quality services on a seamless basis over a broad range of practice areas and jurisdictions.
Willkie Farr & Gallagher has offices in New York, Washington, Paris, London, Milan, Rome, Frankfurt and Brussels. Dickson Minto works closely with Willkie's offices across Europe and in the US in a number of our key practice areas, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, acquisition finance, equity capital markets, investment funds, financial services and restructuring.
We have worked collaboratively with Willkie on a wide range of matters over a number of years, in particular on cross border European transactions. We are able to work closely together on transactions, on a seamless basis, to provide the high quality service to clients for which both firms are renowned.
